This Privacy Policy applies to the ad-supported escape room mobile games (each, the "App") developed by AHSoft / A99H Studio, including Escape #1: The Cell, Escape #2: Prison Break, Escape #3: The Morgue, Escape #4: Lockdown, Escape #5: The Nest, and the Google Play edition of Escape Saga.
Please note: the App Store and Mac App Store editions of Escape Saga are paid, contain no advertising and no advertising SDK, and make no network requests at all. They collect nothing and are covered by a separate policy: Escape Saga (Apple) Privacy Policy. Everything below describes only the ad-supported editions listed above.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not ourselves store it or use it to identify you. The App does not require user accounts, login, or registration. Certain data is collected by, and shared with, our advertising partner Google AdMob in order to serve and measure ads, as described below.
Game progress (such as puzzle completion status) is stored locally on your device. We never transmit it to our servers and cannot read it. On Android, your device's own backup service (Android Auto Backup) may include it in your personal Google Drive backup if you have device backup enabled; that backup belongs to you and is not accessible to us.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect:

You can limit or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
We do not ourselves retain any of your data. Game progress stays on your device for as long as the App is installed and is removed when you uninstall the App (on Android it may also persist in your own Google Drive backup, which you control and can delete in your Google account settings).
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policy. You can reset or delete your device's advertising identifier at any time (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), which unlinks previously collected advertising data from your device, and you can exercise further controls over data held by Google as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children, and we do not ourselves collect personal information from any user. Advertisements are served by Google AdMob as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
