Privacy Policy - Paid, Ad-Free Games

This Privacy Policy applies to the paid, ad-free games listed below (each, the "App"), developed by AHSoft / A99H Studio, including the BC Math study app.

These Apps collect no data at all. Their App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

If an App is not named in this table, this policy does not apply to it.

Apps NOT Covered by This Policy

The developer also publishes free, ad-supported escape games. Those games do display advertising and are covered by a separate privacy policy for the ad-supported games. They include:

Escape Saga on Google Play - a free, ad-supported edition that shares the identifier com.a99h.escapecollection with the paid Apple editions above. Same name and identifier, different monetization, different policy.
Escape from Tutankhamen's tomb for iPhone (com.a99h.egypt) - a separate, older, free app, not the same app as the paid Mac game above.
The older free mobile editions of the zombie escape game, published under earlier names on other stores. Those editions displayed advertising; the paid Mac edition Escape: Quarantine listed above does not.
The older free iPhone editions of the castaway and buried escape games (com.a99h.castaway and com.a99h.buried). Those editions display advertising; the paid Mac editions Escape: Castaway and Escape: Buried listed above do not. Despite the similar names they are separate apps with separate identifiers.
Escape #1: The Cell, Escape #2: Prison Break, Escape #3: The Morgue, Escape #4: Lockdown and Escape #5: The Nest.

Information We Collect

None. The Apps do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

No user accounts, login, or registration
No name, email address, or contact information
No device identifiers, no advertising identifier (IDFA), no Advertising ID
No analytics or usage tracking
No crash reporting or diagnostics service
No location data
No access to your photos, contacts, microphone, or camera

The Apps make no network requests. They work fully offline.

Local Game Progress

Each App saves your game progress - which puzzles you have solved, which items you have collected, and how far you have got - to a file in that App's own storage area on your device. This is the only data the App writes.

This file never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to any server and it is not readable by the developer or by anyone else. Deleting the App deletes it. Reinstalling the App starts you fresh.

No Third Parties

The Apps contain no advertising software of any kind. There is no Google AdMob, no Google Mobile Ads SDK, no User Messaging Platform, and no other advertising, analytics, or attribution SDK. No third-party service receives any information about you or about your use of the Apps.

Each App is a one-time paid purchase. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Your payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store or Mac App Store; the developer never sees your payment details.

Children's Privacy

The Apps collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because nothing is ever collected, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or delete, and no parental consent request is needed. The Apps show no advertisements and contain no links or purchase offers inside the game.

No Tracking

The Apps do not track you. They do not use the advertising identifier, do not build a profile of you, and do not share any information with data brokers or advertising networks. The Apps will never present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, because they have nothing to ask for.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the Apps change, or when an App is added to or removed from the table above. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If an App ever begins collecting data, it will be removed from this policy and its App Store privacy label will be updated before that version is released.
