This Privacy Policy applies to Scary Prank (store name "Scary Prank: Ghost Jump Scare", 中文名 "整蛊吓人" / "整蠱嚇人", 日本語名 "怖いいたずら"), identifier ScaryPrankLite, on the App Store, version 5.0 and later, developed by A99H Studio.
The app collects no personal data. Its App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
The Haunted Mirror prank shows the front camera as a live mirror. The picture is only shown on the screen while the prank runs: it is never recorded, saved, shared or sent anywhere. If you choose "Take a photo" for your own ghost, that one photo is saved in the app's own storage on your device and nowhere else.
If you choose "Choose a photo" for your own ghost, the photo you pick is copied into the app's own storage on your device. The app cannot see the rest of your photo library. Deleting the app deletes the photo.
Your settings (language, ghost, sound, timer) and your own ghost photo, if any, are saved in the app's own storage on your device. They never leave your device and are not readable by the developer.
The app offers one optional, one-time in-app purchase, Pro. The purchase is processed entirely by Apple. The app asks the App Store only whether this purchase belongs to the current account, so it can unlock Pro and restore it. The developer never receives your name, payment details or account information.
The app does not go online except for the App Store purchase check, and when you tap a link (such as this page), which opens in your browser.
The app is not directed at children, and it asks users not to play the prank on young children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, before an app version with different data practices is released.
