Hybrid Fonts

Turn on the keyboard

1. Open the Settings app, then Apps > Hybrid Fonts > Keyboards (or tap "Open Settings" on the app's Keyboard tab).
2. Turn on Hybrid Fonts. To use the Pro fonts in the keyboard, also turn on Allow Full Access.
3. In any app, tap and hold the globe key and choose Hybrid Fonts.

Why does a font show boxes?

Fonts are made of special Unicode characters. Almost every app shows them, but a few older apps or devices may lack some characters and show a box instead.
